How do I set and change my multi-factor authentication settings for LUSID?

The Okta settings page

LUSID uses Okta as it's default identity provider. OKta offers users various multi-factor authentication options, with which you can increase the security of your LUSID account. These can be enable or disabled by the account administrator.

To access the Okta settings page for your LUSID account, go to the web address:

  • https://lusid-[your_domain].okta.com/enduser/settings

You will need to replace [your_domain] with your LUSID domain name. For example, the Okta settings page for the domain "finbourne.lusid.com" would be:

  • https://lusid-finbourne.okta.com/enduser/settings

You will be asked to sign-in using your LUSID username and password.

Managing up your multi-factor authentication

On the Okta page you will be able to:

  • change your password
  • change your forgotten Password Question
  • change your security image
  • set multi-factor verification

We currently offer several options for multi-factor authentication, including:

  • Okta Verify
  • Google Authenticator
  • SMS Authentication
  • Security Question

To set these options, click the "Set up" button. This will take you through a guided workflow to setup that specific option.
